"Steppin' Out"....

Digital Emotion were best known for "Go go yellow screen", "Get up" and "Humanity" though there were many others. All produced by Adams & Fleisner of Denmark. All of their records have a very similar 'Space Synth' sound that is hypnotically catchy. "Steppin' Out" was one of the more 80's electro influenced recordings, and with the success of Herbie Hancock, Rock Steady Crew and the popularity of such movies as Beat Street  and Breakdance at the time of its release, Digital Emotion meshed very well with the genre.
"Steppin' out...steppin' out...gotta get away tonight"...

I used to love some of these covers, many of the other releases available through the "Break" record label were pictured on the back at the time.

I Love the Dutch. They cook nice food, make great porn and produce SPECTACULAR Disco music!
